These terms describe the use of romaparfum.com and purchases from Roma Parfum. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and any terms displayed for a specific product, booking, or promotion. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Orders and product information
Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information when ordering. Select the fragrance, size, and any required discovery-set choices before checkout. Product availability and prices are shown on the site; taxes and delivery charges are presented at checkout. Product images are illustrative, and packaging or appearance may vary. Contact us if an order detail or product description appears incorrect.
Shipping and handling
Please allow 2–3 business days for handling before dispatch. U.S. standard shipping is a flat $9 with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days after dispatch. U.S. express shipping is a flat $15 with an estimated transit time of 2–3 business days after dispatch. Handling is additional for both options. Estimated total time is 5–8 business days for standard or 4–6 business days for express. Transit times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. International rates and transit estimates are shown at checkout.
Refunds and shipping damage
All fragrance sales are final. Refunds are available only if a bottle breaks during shipping. This policy applies to full-size fragrances, samples, and discovery sets, whether opened or unopened. If a bottle arrives broken, contact sales@romaparfum.com or 843-471-7025 for assistance. This policy does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
Bookings and custom fragrance services
The service description, price, schedule, and any cancellation or rescheduling terms displayed at booking apply to that service. Review those details before paying. Custom fragrance development and any distribution arrangement are subject to the scope and terms separately agreed for that project. Product refund terms above apply to fragrance purchases and do not create new cancellation terms for services.
Promotions and sample requests
Any eligibility rules, availability limits, or other terms displayed with a promotion apply to that promotion. Submitting a sample request or inquiry is not a confirmed purchase or a guarantee of availability. Subscribe only with an email address you are authorized to use; promotional emails include an unsubscribe option.
Roma Therapy and planned features
Roma Therapy is in development. Cast information, production plans, and release timing may change. Signing up requests updates or expresses interest and does not guarantee casting, employment, partnership, sponsorship, or compensation. The companion app, digital-asset marketplace, and token-redemption features described on the site are planned and are not currently available. Any future offering will have separate participation terms; current fragrance purchases do not include digital assets, tokens, ownership rights, or a promise of financial return.
Website use and content
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, misuse forms, or attempt unauthorized access. Keep your account credentials private. Site text, logos, images, and other materials belong to Roma Parfum or their respective owners and are not licensed for commercial reuse without permission. Third-party websites linked from this site operate under their own terms.
